The halls serve various purposes such as waste storage, machinery repair, and maintenance workshops. One hall is dedicated to waste storage, and most importantly, the largest hall houses a unique optical sorting line for mixed municipal waste. This system represents the most modern and comprehensive solution for municipal waste processing in Slovakia and is at the same time a unique facility within the entire Czech‑Slovak region.
